Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of services delivered by OneMore Org and its divisions. By purchasing a service or product, you agree to the terms described. Service-level specifics (deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria) will be defined in the applicable proposal or invoice between client and OneMore Org / Iceberg Labs.

Privacy Policy

OneMore Org collects only the personal information necessary to provide and bill for services (name, email, phone, payment details). We do not sell personal data. Payment card and UPI details are processed by our payments partner and are not stored on OneMore Org servers. We retain billing records and transaction metadata as required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for digital services, subscriptions, or project work are handled case-by-case. For product orders and one-time services, refunds may be issued when a cancellation request is received before work/delivery begins, or as otherwise stated in the invoice. For physical goods (if any), refund timelines and return instructions will be included on the relevant product page or invoice.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

Most activities under OneMore Org are service-based and delivered digitally or in-person (appointments). If any physical goods are offered, shipping details, timelines and charges will be clearly provided at purchase. For local services (e.g., cafe orders or on-site photography), delivery or pickup details will be shared with the customer at time of booking.
